Palaniappan, Fellow Chartered Accountant and Commerce Graduate from University of Madras and Practicing Chartered Accountant for the about 23 years and has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He heads the Auditing and Assurance services of the firm which has always been his forte. He advises corporates and others on all direct taxation related issues and has hands on experience in appearing before all levels of tax authorities, representing various critical client issues. His astute knowledge of Indian Tax laws coupled with diverse experience has always been a source of strength to the firm helping the clients in their taxation compliance and litigation services. He is actively involved in various audits like statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, management audits and audits for non-profit organizations.
